Guests have private use of the entire caravan. Self check-in is available, with instructions provided before arrival. A parking bay is provided for the caravan, including disabled parking provision. The parking provision does not mean the caravan itself is adapted for wheelchair access; please discuss any access requirements with us before booking.

Summer Dreams sleeps up to six guests in one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. There is one shower room with a shower, toilet and basin, plus a separate toilet room. The open-plan kitchen and lounge include a separate dining area which can also be used for a laptop; there is no dedicated office or workspace. Bed linen, pillows and towels are included.

Smoking is permitted outside only. Please dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.
Pets:
Pets are welcome by prior agreement but must not be left unattended in the property. Please clean up after them.
Quiet Hours:
Please keep noise levels down between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to respect neighbours.
Rubbish & Recycling:
Please dispose of rubbish in the designated bins before departure.
Kitchen Use:
Clean up after cooking and leave the kitchen as you found it.
Key Policy:
Loss of keys will incur a replacement fee.
