Contractor accommodation in Grimsby
The Grimsby Quarters is a private four-bedroom house for contractor teams and business travellers working in Grimsby and North East Lincolnshire. Four colleagues can each have their own double bedroom and Smart TV, with a kitchen, living and dining room, and garden to enjoy between shifts.
A practical base for your team
The house has four double beds: comfortable for four contractors with a bedroom each, or up to eight guests sharing beds. Free Wi-Fi, central heating, double glazing, bedding and towels are included. There is one shared shower room with a toilet and basin.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, air fryer, fridge, kettle and toaster. A washing machine and tumble dryer make weekly stays and longer work assignments more practical.
Van parking and access
Free on-street parking is available directly outside, including spaces suitable for contractor vans. Spaces are not reserved; park considerately and follow local restrictions. Contact us before booking if you have several vehicles or particular parking requirements.
One double bedroom and the shower room are on the ground floor. Stairs lead to three further double bedrooms. Check suitability before booking if anyone in your team has access requirements.
Weekday bookings and longer assignments
Monday-to-Friday stays, weekly bookings and longer projects are welcome, subject to availability. The minimum stay is three nights. Before you arrive
Standard check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is by 10 am. Early arrival or late departure must be agreed in advance and depends on availability. Complete your pre-arrival form and rental agreement before arrival. Pets are accepted only by prior agreement.

Will each contractor have a separate bedroom?
Groups of up to four can have a double bedroom each. The house sleeps up to eight only when sharing the four double beds.
Is parking available for work vans?
There is free on-street parking outside, suitable for contractor vans, subject to space and local restrictions.
