Grimsby Quarters is a private four-bedroom house, comfortable for four contractors with a double bedroom each. Smart TVs in every bedroom, Wi-Fi, central heating and double glazing. Sole use of the house, garden and shower room. Fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room, washing machine and tumble dryer. Linen and towels included. Plenty of free on-street parking directly outside the front door, suitable for contractor vans. Sleeps up to 8 sharing beds. Minimum stay: 3 nights.
Smoking is permitted only on the patio using the provided ashtray. Pets are allowed on request.
Standard check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is by 10 am. Early check-in from 1 pm and late check-out until noon may be available on request, subject to availability. Please ask us before making plans.
Respect quiet hours after 10 pm and before 8 am.

Guests have private use of the entire house and garden. On the ground floor are the entrance, kitchen, dining area, lounge, shower room with toilet and one double bedroom. Stairs lead to three further double bedrooms on the first floor. This is a two-storey house. The garden and patio are for guests’ use.
There is plenty of free on-street parking directly outside the front door, including space suitable for contractor vans. Please park considerately and follow any local restrictions. Grimsby town centre and transport links are nearby.

Fresh bed linen, pillows and towels are included. The living and dining room gives your team space to eat together and unwind. The kitchen includes an air fryer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, fridge, cooking utensils and crockery. A washing machine and tumble dryer make longer stays more practical. Central heating and double glazing help keep the house comfortable throughout the year. Free Wi-Fi is provided. There is one shower room with a shower, toilet and basin. The tidy rear garden and patio are available for relaxing and smoking outside; smoking is not permitted indoors.
